STAUB COCOTTE REVIEW & FRYING PAN UNBOXING | How To Clean Enamelled Cast Iron & Maintenance Tips

It's been 3 months since I first purchased my 28cm/11-inch STAUB COCOTTE in white truffle. This was my first ever enamelled cast iron cookware piece and a HUGE investment for me so I wanted to share my thoughts on it - the pros and the cons and how the transition from using cheap non-stick pans has been. I also picked up the 15cm/10-inch Staub frying pan about 6 weeks ago too so there's another unboxing for your! I'm also sharing my care/maintenance tips and how I keep my Staub enamelled cast iron pieces looking brand new after daily use.
