This is the first Emergency alert segment taking place in Manila, Philippines, one of several locations that will soon be involved once this scenario titled; The Last Year's Revenge, becomes the released final product, somewhere by mid-December or by Christmas Day (it depends on the matter of when).

There was an emergency alert system of their own in the Philippines called "Emergency Warning System". It was only available in ABS CBN TV Plus, so this is probably why I only get cellphone emergency alerts and not when I was watching ABS-CBN (now Kapamilya Channel as an ad interim; June 13, 2020–present).

The NTC's cease-and-desist order was issued when the ABS-CBN's legislative franchise expired last May 4, 2020, and a day later, was signed off from the air, being the first time to do so since after the 1986 People Power Revolution that sent Ferdinand Marcos and his family into exile. Subsequently, ABS-CBN Tv Plus became discontinued after NTC issued alias cease-and-desist orders against TV Plus, and Sky Direct a month later, so this is a perfect opportunity to conceptualize and create my fictional version of my country's own Emergency Broadcasting System (which again, it is fictional).
