I disassembled a Fujitsu General air conditioner outdoor unit, AO-ZN561L2, removed the sound absorbing material, and recorded the compressor running sound.

The compressor installed is a Fujitsu General's own compressor (made by TCFG). it's a twin rotary compressor which seems to be 15cc exclusion volume.

This is the first time I have heard the sound of Fujitsu General's own comps, though, I have the impression that the sound in the low speed range is very similar to the twin rotary made by Mitsubishi.
(Since it is manufactured by TCFG, I had thought on my own that it might be similar to Toshiba...)

I have noted the high fan speeds in the videos so far, The compressor also seems to be controlled to rotate up to 8400 rpm.
When the compressor is running at maximum rpm, the sound is as powerful as that of a rotary engine near the rev limit.
(In this movie, the maximum rpm is about 4200rpm, and the sound of 8400rpm operation is recorded in the running sound movie).
