The US Military uses this USGI 1 quart canteen pouch. This pouch holds a USGI 1 quart canteen securely. Also, you can use it as a general purpose pouch. The flap is tucked in the pouch and the strap wraps around your canteen. When used as a general purpose pouch the strap slides through the flap to secure small items easily.
