Title: Strong Junior/Middle Developer

We are now seeking a talented and motivated Junior/Middle Developer to join our team and contribute to the refinement and expansion of our groundbreaking IT system.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using .NET 6, Azure Service Bus, Akka.NET, Kafka, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, and Azure Blob Storage.
Participate in analyzing system requirements and developing software components to meet these requirements.
Contribute to the full software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while learning and adhering to best practices for software development.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Continuously learn, improve, and update system components based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to established coding standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software development, with some exposure to .NET technologies.
Familiarity with .NET 6, C#, or other relevant programming languages is a plus.
Some experience with Azure Service Bus, Akka.NET, Kafka, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, and Azure Blob Storage is beneficial but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Я думаю в мене більше тих хто сам проводе спібесіди і тому пропоную саме з цього боку оцінювати відео.

Ча корисні вони для розуміння рівня кандидата?
Чи підходять вони під рівень кандидата?

Мені насамперед хочеться підвищити рівень співбесід в індустрії. Бо це є проблема.
При чому, і я наполягаю, що в співбесіді страшніше не найняти когось крутого чим найняти ідіота.
Ідіот не наробить багато шкоді, його можна швидко звільнити.
А от не найнятий геній... ...а ще це гірше трекається.
