Do you remember where you were before this life?
This isn’t just a poetic question.
It’s a reminder of our religion, our origin, our purpose…
and the place we are all ultimately returning to.
Long ago, before we ever entered this world,Allah created every soul in a realm beyond time, beyond this earth.

There was a moment, hidden from our memory,when every soul stood before Allah.

And He asked us:

“Am I not your Lord?”

And we all replied:

“Yes, we testify.”

That was the first covenant the day every soul recognized its Creator.
But when we came into this world, Allah veiled that memory not as punishment, but as part of the test.
To see who would remember Him not through memory,but through faith, reflection, and guidance.

Sometimes, in a dream…
in a silent moment…
in a mysterious encounter…
your soul stirs and whispers:
“I’ve known this before.”

Because deep down,our soul never truly forgets its origin.

“And when your Lord took from the children of Adam, from their loins their descendants and made them testify of themselves, [saying to them],
‘Am I not your Lord?’
They said, ‘Yes, we have testified.’”
