Gubbdansen - "The Dance of the Old Men" - is a traditional tune from Gotland. I found it in the collection Gotlandstoner (tune number 271), where the author August Fredin notes "all the old men became like young boys when they heard this tune played". Fredin learned the tune from his father, the fiddler "Florsen" in Burs.

Recorded on location in a Gotlandic forest. The intro and ending is improvised.
