Recently I’ve began sharing my acrylic painting ‘process videos’ with you. Instead of just shorts, I thought you may like seeing the gradual process… this video is my longest yet!

This painting was a commissioned painting by a client in Germany, who fell in love with one of my ‘Love Tree’ paintings after originally seeing a huge 3 metre version at an event in Amsterdam. This was at an event by ‘FH Europe Foundation’ who use one of my images as part of their business as it represents so much about them.

So this painting’s ‘brief’ was to create a bright happy painting based loosely on the colour scheme of the Amsterdam ‘Love Tree’ piece…. But more pinks and reds…. But not too many pinks.

To give you a little background, I started painting originally for stress relief and therapy when I suddenly started having seizures 3 months before I was due to graduate from a Physiotherapy degree! My whole life turned upside down as you can imagine. But I believe ‘Everything happens for a reason’ and I couldn’t imagine my life without my art now.

In 2018 I was discovered by a Publisher, Artko Ltd, who supply framed prints of my work to shops throughout the UK. My bestselling pieces are my ‘Love Trees’.
