Ember Mug Update, Permanently Damaged after Cleaning, Month 3 - Watch This Before you Buy and Use

After 3 months of daily use, the stains have built up and scratches are seen despite very careful use, It looks like the ceramic is coming off the base so I decided to give it a deep clean!
Used Lemon, Vinegar and Bleach (Separately- Please cont combine)
Results are partial success but reveals something worse, the base is pitted (Even before cleaning) white is seen after the lemon clean and clearly after the bleach clean

Ember Mug is relatively new so the company should be making improvements with time

Is the Mug still worth the money even though the ceramic comes off? YES I think so.
