I'd been want to do a mullet catch clean and cook for a longest time, finally I got a chance to catch the black mullet from the East Coast area. I caught a few good sizes mullet just enough to do a smoked mullet video. I was please with the outcome, it tasted so delicious makes me wants to do it again.
