Today Tim reviews Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine comes to us from Paso Robles, California. The wine is named after the winemaker, and uses all estate grown grapes to make it. A lot of dark fruit on the nose, such as blackberry, with a hint of menthol on the nose. Very rich and fruit forward, the dark fruit leading the way with subtle tannins to finish it out.
