In this video I complete a full build of a brand new jet pump for the Kawasaki Ultra 310 Jet Ski. I show all steps and components needed to complete the process. I show to process to build an entirely new jet pump, as well as necessary steps to rebuild your old pump.

My pump was at 200 HRS of mostly saltwater use, and the impeller to housing wear limit was at the end of the serviceable limit.

Building an entirely new pump (with new housing and impeller) will cost about $850 in parts, shipping, and taxes, not including labor. Many US dealers will gouge you for these parts, so do your research!

RELEVANT OEM PART NUMBERS:
KAWASAKI STATOR HOUSING: 59496-0013 MY COST: $291.54
KAWASAKI IMPELLER: 59255-0001 MY COST: $374.99
KP Jet Pump Rebuild Kit (Bushing, O-Rings, Bearings, Grease): MY COST $158.39

Special thank you to ‪@kawiperformance‬ for supplying me with the parts and components needed to complete this rebuild successfully. Full disclosure, I did purchase a majority of these components from KP with my own money, but KP did upgrade my purchase to their premium complete Rebuild Kit at no extra cost.
