Mercedes Benz C250 high pressure fuel pump fix

Описание к видео Mercedes Benz C250 high pressure fuel pump fix

The little bullshit information that nobody tells you is here get a scanner look at fuel rail pressure from live data function on your scanner your fuel rail pressure should stay around 800 psi while idling the low pressure will be around 60 if everything is good. There are two codes to look for one is low fuel pressure the other one is switch not opening to potential when is the fuel pump itself and the other one is the sensor with the connector on it that goes to the high pressure pump. We put on one remanufactured pump and it was defective with the sensor reading bad it has bypassed all the fuel and would not build high-pressure and would stay in limp mode after everything was done. So I took the sensor off the old high-pressure pump put it on the new high-pressure pump and it worked out. If you have a mechanical gauge to put in line it would be really nice to see both fuel pressures at same time if you see 80 psi the low pressure pump is trying to compensate for the high-pressure pump
