Buggy is a descendant of the Celestial Dragon?!
Buggy the Clown might not be an ordinary person, where he could be part of the Celestial Dragon. This is if you look at the various clues in the story. One of the characters in the One Piece series who often becomes a "star" is Buggy the clown. He is a former accomplice of pirate Gol D. Roger as is redhead Shanks.
Buggy is shown to be involved in various events such as during the big fight at Marineford. His name is also increasingly known after various events involving him in New World. Buggy's origins in this series are still a mystery. However, there is a theory that says he is part of the celestial dragons.
