Growing up in Wisconsin I pretty much grew up in an ice shack. When I started ice fishing for lakers in Colorado about five years ago it was a really steep learning curve. The hardest thing was trying to figure out how to feel the bite when these finicky eaters bite in 100 feet of water. In this video I hope to shorten your learning curve and help you find success on your first outing.

If you are looking to spend a night in your ice shack or do some ice camping this is also a great video as I go over the gear you will need and I go over how we set up our shack to sleep comfy in 10 degrees and 2 feet of snow!
