This is a topic that frequently comes to mind when I think about the future and how first time home owners will be able to afford a home.

it really seems like home ownership is slowly becoming more and more out of reach for us normal people, unless you just make a lot of money.

However, there are many different options that you need to consider when in the process of living anywhere.

like how safe the the area is, how expensive that place is, etc.

I personally believe its not over and that there is hope for the ability to purchase your own home.

but when that time will come is anyones guess.

but of course, I'm not an expert on real estate and housing, but I am certainly feeling the struggle of trying to find your own place to live but what do you think about this whole situation?
