Complete RS4 AZR motor build
Wössner pistons (81.5 mm)
FCP steel rods with ARP bolts
600 turbocharger
45 mm compressor; RS6 K06 exhaust side with turbine trimming, reinforced wastegates
Custom stainless steel fresh air piping
Original RS4 B5 charge pipes
AG Motorsport ceramic-coated manifold
Bosch EV14 980 cc injectors
Original RS4 B5 intake manifold with RS4 throttle body and RS4 cast Y-pipe
Original RS4 B5 Y-pipe
Modified original RS4 B5 airbox with Pipercross filter
2.8 AQD NA heads complete with camshafts (bought with only 30,000 km)
Supertech Inconel exhaust valves + new RS4 B5 exhaust valve springs
SMIC intercoolers with air ducts
Water spray for intercoolers with additional water pump from washer fluid tank
90 mm to 76 mm downpipes
90 mm exhaust

Fuel System:

Custom original RS4 fuel rail with dual feed and return lines, dual RS4 B5 fuel pressure regulators
Dual parallel original fuel filters
Dual feed and return lines from tank to engine bay (original S4/RS4 B5)
Upgraded electrical wiring for power supply
Dual Pierburg E3L pumps with custom pump basket in original tank
Modified trunk fuel cap for dual feed/return lines + power connection for second pump
Transmission:

Fully rebuilt and modified transmission by 01E Getriebetechnik
New carbon synchros
1st and 2nd gears original S4; 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th from 5-cylinder (for closer gear ratios)
Extended center and rear differentials

Chassis/Suspension/Brakes:

BBS Motorsport CHR 8.5 x 19 wheels
Front: 380 mm Brembo discs; 6-piston calipers
Rear: RS6 355 mm discs + calipers; brackets; RS4 B5 handbrake cables
H&R stabilizers front and rear + rear axle stiffening adapters
Bilstein B16 adjustable suspension
Electronics:

FIS Control with additional boost sensor (up to 3 bar); VDO oil pressure sensor
AEM AFR/lambda gauge with sensor in exhaust system

Interior:

Cruise control; Bose sound system; original navigation; original carbon trims; leather seats, heated seats
