Meet Thokchom Sunil, a 41 years old inventor behind this crazy idea of building a full sized helicopter from scrap metals and hyundai santro engine. He lives at his residence at Khangabok Part 2 Khullakpam Leikai, Thoubal District, Manipur.
He started collecting parts 7 years ago and only last year, he started assembling it. Now, he says his helicopter is 80% completed. He is confident that he can finish it by late next year. He has already spent about 12 lakhs but needs another 3 lakhs to complete.
