In response to the recent sales of 1959 Home Run Derby cards, I wanted to offer some perspective for those of us that didn't bid into the extreme new highs of the auction. It's tough to know if it was false bids or if the market has moved that high for the set, but there are plenty of alternatives that may provide a great value for your collection. I share some of the options in lieu of picking up a great Ernie Banks. What are your thoughts, new market high value or shill bidding at it's best?
