PLATINUM FLASHBACK RELICS INFO:

First you must find the Flashback Tapes in the Main Levels. You must reach these tapes without dying, then complete the level afterward (you're allowed to die after picking up the tape). This unlocks the Flashback Levels (accessible via the hub map).
There are 21 Flashback Tapes and 21 Flashback Levels total. Each Flashback Tape unlocks one Flashback Level. None of them are missable, you can replay levels at any time.
To get the Platinum Flashback Relics, you must destroy ALL Crates in the Flashback Levels. That's all. There's no time requirement. You are allowed to die as often as you want and you can make use of the Checkpoint Crates along the way.
