This is one trick fight where you need to be loaded up on your health potions. The whole fight happens on single strip, where Bheithir charges at you and coveers up the whole place in lava, making you susceptible to fire damage and moreover here attacks from the top - Smash attack can blow you down from the ledge, restaring the fight. The good part is that if you are thrown of the ledge, the fight restarts from the point where you had left i.e. Bheither's health does not regenerate.
Strategy - As soon as you see Bheithir at the far end of the pplatform, empty your strife into her two times. This wont do any substantial damage, but it helps damaging here rather than just standing there waiting for her attacks. As soon as she gets near summon up your ghouls and use your Teleport slash attacks to get under her belly, near her hind legs and keep on sladhing at her. Soon she will jump up in air do a ground-pound, try to be away if u can else u will be thrown off. She will fly away now. Do this 2-3 times and then when her health is around 40-50%, use your repear form to finish her for once and for all. You will be awarded with Bheithir Talons, a powerful fire damage scythe.
