This video describes the trail to the Lost Palms Oasis in Joshua Tree National Park the way it was on 2-5-2018. The hike starts at the Cottonwood Spring trail head/parking lot in the southern part of the park. The 8¼ mile scenic hike climbed a total of 1475 feet and took us 4 hours to complete. The trail is easy for the most part with a couple places that some might consider moderate in difficulty. There are over 100 California Fan Palms in Lost Palm Canyon and if you continue past the Lost Palms Oasis there are the Victory Palms and also Munsen Canyon and the Munsen Oasis.
