Was all the more excited to open the CSLM20B microphone system after my experience with the CSLM20. The unboxing was delightful as the quality is immediately evident as very high! The wire length is super long and very useful. My son especially jumped up to use it as he had to record a part in a virtual event for his school festival!
The instructions to use were very simple and we got started right away! The pickup of the microphone is very crisp.
As in the case of the CSLM20, due to the omnidirectional pickup pattern of the microphone, the CSLM20B gives you even more flexibility with neck movement. I haven’t used it with a camera as yet, but, use this microphone to record with the mobile phone and you will realize its an amazing product!
Very affordable too!
I’d recommend it as a must buy for all of those who use their portable devices to record video’s on the go and at home!

First Impression - Interesting and a great product from JBL. Value for money. Will work well for Interviews and recording. It comes with a extra clip and windshield too. The product looks premium. The box comes with a nice carry pouch. The manual inside the box is also very detailed. Built quality of the product of the product is good. The best part was that the product came with a battery and I dint have to go looking for one. Initial test of the audio quality was great. Used it on my Lenovo laptop, changed the mic setting to the external mic and the product worked amazing well. Used it on Smartphone as well.
