Steps:

When you lock the JBL flip 5 speakers none of the buttons can be pressed.

To lock the speaker you need to hold down on the bluetooth and the volume up button simultaneously.

Keep holding them down until the speaker makes a noise and a light appears around the power button and bluetooth button.

The power indicator light will also light up pink on the right and bluish white on the left.

If you try to press any button now it wont press, even the power button is locked.

To unlock the speaker you need to tap the power button three times in quick succession and then hold the button down.

You have to do this quite quickly.

Keep holding the button down until the speaker turns off.

You can then turn the speaker on like normal and it will be unlocked.
