How to glaze miniatures using Cuttlefish Color paints by ‪@cephalopodstudios5505‬ and ‪@CreatureCaster‬ . The miniature T-Rex model painted here is from Patreon partner AncientEraArtistry.com . Glazing is supposedly an advance painting technique that can be difficult. It is! If you try to glaze acrylics with water and push and pull pigments floating with water on top of primed plastic. Don't forget the surface tension that water adds to the mixture. Personally, as a watercolor artist for 30 plus years now, painting acrylics like they are watercolors does not, and will never make sense to me. Mediums simply dissolves the acrylic paints better, less surface tension and the paints lay down better over most surfaces.
