Oh that's right, there's no mechanical benefit for doing that. But there are so many examples of genius level stabby bois, from the master tactician to the sword master to the crouching badass and much more. Sure you have to twist some rules or worse ROLEPLAY but if it expands the game, then it's better for the game.
