In this video I am demonstrating BT Engineer installing a new faceplate on the mater socket and testing Broadband Speed.
While the engineer was testing the performance of the line he had found a fault on the line from the pole.

BT Ultrafast Broadband Installation - THe BT engineer on the pole is replaying a faulty line coming into my home office. There was interference the line as the broadband speed was dropping.
