The 'Symposium on Computational Creativity' is a platform to deliberate matters on the interface of AI and creativity. The first edition of the Symposium was held on Saturday, the 25th of March 2023, under the auspices of the Infosys Center for Artificial Intelligence (CAI, IIIT-Delhi). The ongoing disruptive research in AI will potentially transform creative endeavors such as music, painting, and literature, trespassing into scientific innovation. With this Symposium, CAI  (IIIT-Delhi) expects to lead the discourse on AI and its impact on creativity.

Professor Samaresh Chatterji is a veteran teacher who has shaped generations of engineering students over decades. He expresses his opinions on whether AI can ever replace human creativity.
