Today we’re mixing up some fall drinks — a couple with a kick, a couple without. Think apple, maple, cinnamon, and maybe a little kitten chaos. We’re keeping it simple, tasty, and very on-theme for spooky season.

I’ll show you the recipes I tried, give my honest taste-test reactions, and let you know which ones are worth making again (and which ones you might want to skip). 🍹 RECIPES FROM THIS VIDEO

🍹 Crown Apple Smash 🍹
2 oz Crown Royal Apple
1 oz lemon juice
½ oz maple syrup
Shake with ice, strain, and garnish with a cinnamon stick (optional but cute).
(I topped with a splash of ginger beer!)


🍹 Spiced Apple Mimosa 🍹
Champagne (or prosecco)
2 oz homemade spiced apple syrup (recipe below)
Apple slice for garnish if you’re feeling fancy


🍹 Spiced Apple Syrup 🍹
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 honeycrisp apples, sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
3–4 cloves
Simmer 25 mins, strain, let cool.


🍹 Spiced Apple Mule (Mocktail) 🍹
3 oz apple cider (I didn't have any this time, so I used the apple spice syrup instead!)
3 oz ginger beer
½ oz lime juice
Cinnamon stick stirrer or sprinkle of cinnamon on top


🍹 Apple Spice Cold Brew 🍹
6 oz cold brew
1–2 tbsp spiced apple syrup
Splash of oat milk of choice
Dash of cinnamon on top
