This may not be new information for some people, but I was blown away when I saw this. I had heard that some groups may have altered the original Bible, but never thought I would know what changes they made.

I've also been told by others that there is good reasoning behind these changes, but I made this video BEFORE looking into the reasoning, so as not to bias my opinion of why it was done.

In my opinion, the things that were omitted were around fasting to rid the body of demonic parasites, which are not taught about in the church or even in the medical establishment. It is also my opinion, that we should be doing this whenever we are asking for answers from God in order that our bodies are as pure as we can make them in order to receive His blessings.
