Anthony P. Fernandez, M.D., Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine and the W.D. Steck Chair of Clinical Dermatology at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, and Director of Medical Dermatology at Cleveland Clinic, presented "Update in Assessment and Treatment of Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris" at University of Louisville Department of Medicine Grand Rounds on November 29, 2018.

The talk focused on reviewing general features of psoriasis vulgaris, best empiric therapy and adjunctive therapies, discussing the systemic inflammatory nature of psoriasis and select comorbid diseases, describing key aspects of clinical assessment of patients with psoriasis, and providing an update in treatment options for moderate-to-severe psoriasis.
