Ayrton Senna, aka “Magic Senna” is still considered one of the best racecar drivers of all time. This Brazilian legend won three Formula One world championships in 1988, 1990 and 1991 and claimed 41 Grand Prix victories and 65 pole positions. Races with this brilliant Brazilian at the wheel were always filled with passion, panache and excitement.

His career was tragically cut short in a crash on May 1st, 1994 at age 34 on the Imola circuit in Italy. He's still remembered as “The King of Monaco” thanks to his six victories in a row at the Grand Prix, a record that no other racer has been able to top to this day.

He’s forever a role model known for pushing himself past his limits, staying focused on the finish line and turning intense pressure into fuel to speed ahead of the pack. He was the face of the very first #dontcrackunderpressure campaign in 1991 and he remains the perfect embodiment of this state of mind and the influence behind TAG Heuer's Ayrton Senna special collection.
