Garba is a folk dance practiced in the states of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujrat, and Malwa, which has its origin in Gujarat. Garba is performed during Navratri. It is a ritual and performed to celebrate and call Maa Durga during Navratri. It is predominantly performed in Gujarat but nowadays, devotees worldwide perform it. It is a colorful and musical event filled with joy and divinity.
