No. 8 Cincinnati and No. 9 Georgia are tied at 7-7 through one quarter of play in the Peach Bowl in Atlanta. It's been a wild quarter, indeed.

Bearcats quarterback Desmond Ridder has been on point through the air, including a 14-yard touchdown pass to Alec Pierce. It appeared that Georgia was set to tie the game up with under four minutes to play, but quarterback JT Daniels threw a pick to Coby Bryant in the end zone that was subsequently fumbled and recovered by Cincinnati's. Ty Van Fossen at its own 1-yard line. Daniels came back on the next drive and hit George Pickens for Georgia's only score right before the end of the quarter.

This is a Power Five vs. Group of Five matchup, so it's customary to question the motivation of the Power Five team. There's no doubt that the Bulldogs are here to play. Pickens made a tremendous one-handed catch and running back Zamir White is running incredibly hard for a Bulldogs that is looking to make this game a springboard to the 2021 season.
