Knot Plastic LLC, Knot Plastic®, and Knot Plastic™️ Innovations is excited to conclude the journey of the first ever Knot Plastic™️ golf tee. We started the process by designing a rending of what we wanted the tee to look like. We then decided to create an alpha unit utilizing a desk top manual injection molding process. We made some adjustments to the design and then ordered the tooling for a 2 cavity golf tee mold for our beta prototyping injection molding machine. One we approve this process it will be time to design a multi cavity mold for commercial scale production.
