The Paranormal Appalachia Research Team (P.A.R.T.) travels to the small town of Flatwoods, West Virginia to help a local resident and shop keeper get answers to mysterious events surrounding a potentially haunted property that's never been investigated before. However, as soon as the team arrives in Sutton and Flatwoods the high strangeness associated with the region begins to reveal itself through unexplainable events and experiences, before the main investigation even starts.

This episode explores the idea that some places carry more than history, that the environment itself may play a role in shaping the experiences that occur within it. Through careful observation, investigation, and reflection, we document what we encounter and allow the evidence to speak for itself.
