In this talk Miguel shares key steps on how to become a change-maker in today’s world and how experiences and challenges can shape the leader inside of us.

Miguel is the President of Young Government Leaders (YGL), a non-profit organization providing a voice to over 10,000 young emerging leaders in government. He is also the Co-founder of Go Hispanic Today, an organization focused on helping companies achieve competitive advantage through their Hispanic Workforce. At the age of 27 he became the Deputy PM of a global emerging leaders program serving over 20 agencies in the defense industry. At the age of 28 he was appointed as Deputy Program Manager of an Executive Leadership Program. Miguel has one passion – Human Potential.
