How to make Number Two Cake | Minimalist Cat Cake Tutorial | Gaely Cake

Dear friends,

In this video I'm going to show you the technique on how to make number two cake without using any pattern or molds, and using some cookie cutters to easily make the cat's facial parts.

For the number "2" cake:

I used 7-inch round and 7-inch square chocolate cake. 1 recipe of my chocolate would be enough to form this cake. If you want a bigger size, you can double the recipe or use 1 and 1/2 of the recipe. Check the link below.

I used 1 and 1/2 of the recipe of my swiss meringue buttercream to cover the cake. Check the link below for the recipe.

For the Cat Cake:

I used 7-inch round chocolate cake, filled with pastry cream and iced in swiss meringue buttercream.
