How to press 150g+ of Bubble Hash at once!

Rosin is now at a stage that it can be scaled to virtually any level of production. Once dialed in, 150g could be prepped, pressed, and collected by 1 person every -10 minutes. These systems can also be setup to operate up to 5 presses on 1 pump operated by a single person (that's pressing over 30lbs of bubble in an 8hr shift).

A few extra tips:
-This could be done with less bags. You could pre press a 75g puck inside two 37u bags. Do this twice, and wrap them with a 220u bag for a total of 150g.
-The combination of pre pressing, slow monitored pressure application, and use of 220u bags for structural support should be your biggest takeaways from this video.
- We utilized about 900 platen psi on this press (optimal force for bubble tends to be between 800-2,000 platen psi)
- Platen PSI is calculated by taking your total force (in this case, 8 tons or 16,000lbs of force) divided by the surface area of your bag (in this case 3"x6"= 18sqin) 16,000lbs/18sqin= 888 Platen PSI!
