Shutaque River overflows and causes chaos in Chiquimula. The National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction announced the overflow of the Shutaque River, at kilometer 190 of route CA-11, at the entrance to San Juan La Ermita, in Chiquimula.
Several local news outlets documented the brutality with which the water destroyed everything in its path.
