Ingredients

Green Peas - 1/4 up
Potato -1 big
Ghee -1 tsp
Oil -2tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste -1tsp
Onion -1
Salt -
Green Chilli -2
Kasoori Methi -1 tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder -1/4 -1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder -3 pinch
Garam Masala -3 pinch
Hot Water -3/4 cup
Tomato -1
Cashewpaste -of 10
Coriander Leaves -

Method


Take a saucepan and add ghee and oil .heat it and add ginger garlic paste. Saute well. Add onion. Saute well. Add some kastjuri methi. When the onion is golden color add Kashmiri chilly and turmeric powder. Saute well on low flame. Add boiled and cubed potatoes and frozen/half cooked peas. Saute well on medium flame. Add a pinch of garam masala and cumin powder. Saute well. Add tomato puree/ tomato finely chopped. Mix well. Cook well. Add hot water for gravy (optional). Let it boil well. When it blends well add some cashew paste/fresh cream. Add sugar(optional). Check the spices. Add a pinch of garam masala and cumin powder. Mix well. Add kasturi methi and coriander leaves. Add ghee (optional) .
Garnish with green chilly
