Ladyfinger | भिंडी - 300 gm
Oil | तेल - 1+2 tablespoon
Onion | प्याज़ - 2 small size
Tomato | टमाटर - 1 medium size
Ginger | अदरक - 1 inch
Garlic | लहसुन - 3-4 cloves
Green chilli | हरी मिर्च - 2 Nos.
Coriander stems | - धनिया के डंठल
Cumin seeds | जीरा - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida | हींग - a pinch
Turmeric powder | हल्दी - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder | लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder | जीरा पाउडर - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder | धनिया पाउडर - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste | नमक स्वादानुसार
Roasted Kasuri Methi | भुनी हुई कसूरी मेथी - 1/2 teaspoon
Water | पानी - 1/2 cup or as required
Fresh coriander | हरा धनिया - a handful (Chopped)
