As a mom of teenagers, I’ve reached a season where my kids don’t need me in the same way. And somewhere along the way, I realized I’d lost touch with what I enjoy. This series is about rediscovering joy in whatever stage of life you’re in, embracing being a beginner again, and building a happier life through small, intentional pleasures.

This is not a glow-up or self-improvement challenge.
There are no goals, timelines, or expectations.
