34066 Spitfire and 34086 219 Squadron were considered candidates for preservation because of their good condition but 34023 Blackmoor Vale was chosen for preservation instead due to it being in better condition than 34066 Spitfire and 34086 219 Squadron.

34073 249 Squadron- stored; acting as a donor loco to 34067; awaiting restoration
34081 92 Squadron- operational
34092 City of Wells- operational
34105 Swanage- undergoing overhaul
