Hook:       Mustad 3399, #6-#14
Thread:     Danville 6/0, White & Black
Tail:       Black & White Quill
Body:       White Wool
Throat: Schlappen, Black
Wing:       White & Black Quill



The Undertaker is another wet fly from Ray Bergman's book Trout (page 448, plate #9). The Undertaker is an interesting fly as the tail is married with the black on top of the white but the wing is the opposite. It is a high contrast fly designed to grab the attention of the fish and (hopefully) illicit a strike. --Enjoy
