5 SIMPLE HABITS THAT CHANGED MY LIFE & CAN CHANGE YOURS TOO | 2021 Motivation

Today I'm sharing with you 5 simple habits that changed my life & can change yours too. These are habits we normally neglect day to day and today I'm calling us out to change those bad habits.

Such as doing too much at a time, sure multitasking is a great skill to have but how often do you let yourself just dive into one thing and really enjoy it? Do you find yourself often times comparing yourself to others? Well stop that! You are amazing just the way you are!! Are you just as glued to social media as I am? Well let's start logging ourselves out of it and clearing our minds before bed. How messed up is your sleeping schedule? Lack of sleep affects your mental health and how you feel, so let's prioritize that going forward. Do you just sort of wake and never know what to do? How about we start planning our days out. Just remember that your to do list does not have to be jam packed in order for you to feel productive.
