Harry Potter Inspired Ambience - 💛 Hufflepuff Dormitory 🖤 - Warm and Cozy soundscape w. Fireplace

A sloping, earthy passage inside the barrel travels upwards a little way until a cozy, round, low-ceilinged room is revealed, reminiscent of a badger’s set. The room is decorated in the cheerful, bee-like colors of yellow and black, emphasised by the use of highly polished, honey-colored wood for the tables and the round doors which lead to the dormitories.

Hufflepuff is the only house that also employs a repelling device against intruders (they are doused in vinegar should the pass-rythm be wrong) as opposed to simply barring access...so be careful! The dormitories has lots of little underground tunnels leading off from the common room. One of them leads to the girls' dormitory, the other to the boys'. In each dormitory four-poster beds are covered in patchwork quilts. The dormitories are illuminated by warm copper lamps, and copper bed-warmers hang on the wall, in case of cold feet.

The Hufflepuff common room is close to the kitchens, the entrance of which is behind a still life painting of fruits. Is that why the dorms is blessed with a faint, fragrant and delicious, honey-like smell? My dear traveler, I see the snow is not going to stop for a while. Lucky for us, we are in the coziest room in the whole castle. Let's sit by the round fireplace and chat together, tell me all about yourself and your adventures, won't you? ❤
