Mittal welcomes cooking expert Jamila ben and she prepares Dum Pukht Biriyani using half cooked rice in which khada masala is added, curd in which mint, coriander, green chilli, biryani masala, routine masala and birasto added. It is fried using oil, ghee, jeera, onion, ginger and garlic and then vegetables are added in this. Vegetables and rice are set in layers in a handi and cooked. Her next recipe is Churi using curd, onion, coriander and green chilli. Then cooking expert Kalpana ben prepares Apple Jalebi using batter of maida, besan, melted ghee, lemon juice, baking soda, curd and water, apple slice, sugar syrup. It is deep fried and dipped in sugar syrup. Then she prepares Nachos using maida,Makai no lot, chilli flakes, haldi, oil and salt. It is deep fried. For Fruit Salsa she used kiwi, pear, plum, pomegranate, apple, dhana, honey, chilli flakes and apple cider vinegar, tobasco sauce. Jalebi and salad is assembled on nachos and garnished with cheese and pomegranate. Stay tuned to know the complete recipe.
