I want to share with you when I'm just messing around, mark making, moving colour around, creating texture.

These play sessions are absolutely essential to allow our creativity to breathe ✨️ 🙌

I tend to be very goal orientated... but I'm working on that!

I think this process is harder for those of us who have our creativity interrupted regularly due to chronic health problems.

It's very hard to start up again... to find our mojo... there's no one way or one answer to this, as we're all different.... but I see you 🤗 and hope I can help a little by providing little videos to keep you company until you're ready to pick up a brush again xxx
