Automatic Counting & Bulk Packing Line for counting & capping of tablets & capsules in bottles

This Counting line consists of Unscrambler which cleans the bottles with ionized air purging & inspects the bottles through vision camera, later directs the bottles towards Counting Machine which counts the tablets/capsules at the set proportion & fills the bottles with the product. After the process of counting & filling is done the bottles are oriented towards the Capping Machine where the bottles are capped at the required torque & seals the bottles completely.
